Our porcelain cups are specially produced by Kahla/Thüringen and decorated by hand.
The 1902 Jugendstil (Art Nouveau) building Rüdigerhof, not far from the famous Viennese market ‘Naschmarkt’, is the best-known example of architecture by Oskar Marmorek. The facade is characterised by the geometric design and the fine wave-form plaster relief around the base, inspired by the nearby ‘Wienfluss’ (Wien River). In 1903 the Café Rüdigerhof opened on the mezzanine with its large garden terrace that is still so popular today.
