Series of 6 golden patterned porcelain mugs inspired by the facades of the most famous Viennese Art Nouveau buildings.
Our porcelain cups are specially produced by Kahla/Thüringen and decorated by hand.
The Viennese Postal Savings Bank was built 1904–1906 by Otto Wagner using the then new technology of reinforced concrete. Shocking to his contemporaries due to its minimalist linear style, the building is considered to be one of the most significant works of early modern architecture. Performing a decorative and structural function in the rectangular marble-plated facade are 17,000 aluminium-capped iron bolts.
